The success of The List Awards for the first edition’s glitz, glamor and ability to meet its promises would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our key partners and sponsors. As premium sponsors, ZIMCODD adapted and supported the Youth Impact and Social Impact Awards under their ongoing work of promoting with their SIYA project which is supported by the USAID, which promotes participation of youths in ending corruption and holding their leaders accountable in their communities. MLC generously supported us with the software for the List Awards marks, ensuring a seamless and professional presentation. Old Mutual contributed by providing thoughtful gifts for our guests, enhancing the overall experience of the evening.
Additionally, several companies stepped up to support the event, including Old Mutual Insurance, Securico, Bakertilly and Gwatidzo, Winfield, Dandemutande, Pinnacle Holdings, and others. Their contributions helped elevate the event and demonstrate a collective commitment to recognizing impactful individuals in our communities.
A special mention goes to the dedicated members of the List Awards Board, led by Pastor Philani, along with other esteemed members: Mrs. Mellany Msengezi, Ms. Simbisai Gumbo, Advocate Arthur Marara, and Mr. Munya Gwatidzo. Their vision and leadership were instrumental in guiding the awards toward success.
The Selection Committee, led by Ms. Kudzai Deve, worked diligently to ensure the integrity of the nomination and selection process. Committee members included Kuda Mzembe, Bridget Mambodiani, Mercy Dandira, Farai Chitombo, and Nompilo Simanje. Their expertise and dedication to recognizing excellence were crucial in identifying deserving awardees.
